Event Questions

How is Match Up unique?

  • Through years of international matchmaking event experience, we are able to provide you with a perfect system to meeting your Mirror Match. We've learned through our competitors mistakes and ensure you'll have an experience not available anywhere else. Each aspect of our events are designed to maximize the chances your have of discovering your Mirror Match!

- How will Mirror Match assist me during the event?

  • Each member of the Mirror Match team has been specially trained to be approachable and provide the right guidance for you to maximize the time you spend at Match Up. From introducing you to candidates to having private conversations about any fears, to building your confidence. We'll go above and beyond for you! We do this not because its our job, but because we genuinely care about you and your needs and would like to change your life for the better.

  • Based on the information you provide us, we'll know who you are and what you're looking for before you even enter the event. Each member of our Team will be able to provide a personalized experience for each candidate!

- How are you able to provide these services for such a cheap price?

  • Here at Mirror Match, our goal is not to make money but to change the entire matchmaking industry and your life in a positive way. We do not appreciate you being ripped off or not being provided quality service by our competitors. We would like to set the standard for the industry as a whole as it's dying because of greed and selfish behavior by other companies. Each and every dollar you spend with us will go into providing the most comprehensive experience for you not available any where else in the world.

- How does the registration process work?

  • We will provide you with a form asking for some basic information that will be printed onto our booklet for distribution to candidates (Your private information such as cell phone number will not be shared with anyone without your consent). Once the registration form is completed, we will handle payment. We accept Venmo, Zelle, all major credit/debit cards, and Paypal. After you complete payment, A Mirror Match representative will reach out to you for a free 15 minute phone call to understand your expectations and handle any concerns you may have. - What should I wear?

  • Dress to impress!!! We want you looking your best and brightest for both days. Friday's event will be more casual than Saturday's so we recommend you wear Business casual attire. Saturday's event will be more formal therefore we recommend you look your sharpest. However, These are only recommendations. You can wear whatever your heart desires to match your personality.

 - Where can I Stay? 

  • We select our venues according to the ease of access of nearby hotels. The cost of a room is not included in our ticket price. The venues we select are in incredibly safe areas of our host cities and are regularly cleaned along with following federal guidelines for health and Safety standards.

- What should I bring?

  • We want you to bring the truest version of yourself, Your brightest smile, and an open mind. This is your chance of giving a proper first impression and your mirror match could be anyone in the room. Honesty is appreciated as no successful relationship can be built on dishonesty. Aside from your shining personalities, we will provide Non-Alcoholic drinks, Pens, sanitizers, masks for those who request so, and anything else that you may need. We recommend you bring your favorite breath mints/gum for yourself as you'll be having a lot of face to face interactions! Plus...you never know who you'll meet because of your supply of gum!

- What are your alcohol and security policies?

  • Your cost of admission includes four total drink tickets (Two for each day) which can be redeemed for Wine, Hard Seltzer, or Beer. Additional drink tickets can be purchased at the event as well. We strongly recommend each candidate to control themselves as we have a zero tolerance policy when it comes to any rude behavior towards other candidates, Mirror Match Representatives, and the Venue. We take the comfort and safety of our candidates VERY seriously therefore security will be present at the event.

- Can I bring my Parents?

  • We strongly recommend that you come alone as the event is exclusive to candidates. We want each candidate to feel comfortable in a pressure free environment. Parents are more than welcome to stay in your hotel room or explore the surrounding area however anyone without a Match Up badge will not be allowed entry into the event.

- What is your refund policy?

  • We do not accept refunds under any circumstances for event tickets as you are reserving a spot at events which have high interest in our community. Your event ticket will not be transferrable under any circumstances.
